Looking for the best adobe Flash Server programmer

I am looking to hire a brilliant adobe flash programmer who knows MySQL, C, etc... This will be the video engine for a new cam site build. Only looking for the best of the best that will be reliable, finish what they start, and will be available to some degree to support the product once the site is launched. Must be willing to sign a NDA and have references. Would prefer to work with someone here in the states but thats not required.

We are working on a Flash Video delivery system (that will do VOD and Cams) and the only down side is that we own the IP rights.
