I answered promptly every single email you sent to my personal email address, and I have proofs of it, furthermore your previous support email sent on "Date: Fri, 01 Aug 2008 02:50:26 -0500" was replied on "Date: Fri, 01 Aug 2008 07:07:15 -0500" as per our ticket system so you were replied within the same day. Your last ticket that we received last night, was very vague simply saying you needed answers to your questions ( which you didnt include ) and it was replied this morning. If you were referring to the old ticket that was replied within the same day, if you didnt receive the reply on your email inbox, please note that through our support ticket you can log into it and see the replies/history of the support emails exchange live.
