So which would you rather get? The Flu and be put down on your ass, or Gonorrhea and take a pill and continue as is without missing a beat.

I chose Flu. With the Clap you'd have to go to the doc for testing, then get a prescription, then buy your OTC medication, then you can start the recovery process.

With Flu it just goes away by itself. So in practice it might take longer to get rid of the Clap.
And I also never had it so I don't know how it feels, so I'd rather go for the Flu since I know how it is.

You forgot to mention how they test you for gon or chlamydia... I've had the test and was just a urinary tract infection. Swab stuck in your peehole first, then a metal probe with barbed edges. Its the male version of a pap smear. Never again.

Glad someone finally brought this up -- it's totally different from a woman's perspective so as long as it wasn't a killer flu / just a week, then I'd take the flu.

Also from a chick's perspective: with the flu you get to lose weight, too, so that's an added bonus if you're . . . plump and want to be less plump.

For one, when you have the flu you dont really have to go to the doctor. Besides what ever you tell the doctor stays between you & him in 99.9% of the cases. And with the clap you dont need to see any doctor just buy zithromax and it be gone within 1-2 days

If you've had the drip more than a couple of times you tend to know right away if you have it, and can treat it with a dose Zithro immediately. You won't even have the fancy yellow Pollock painting in your underwear. In those cases it's much better than having the flu. But this is only convenient if you live in a place that sells it over the counter. In the US catching the drip is fucking expensive and embarrassing.


Few here even have sex, so the idea of getting the drip is incredibly scary and foreign. The first time you catch it it is scary. After the 5th time it's no big deal.

I'm a doctor myself. Most western countries have a not-for-profit healthcare system. There's plenty of more interesting and more attention-worthy stuff to do than to check up people every few months who take no responsibility for (the effects of) their lifestyle.

If you will, compare it to a car mechanic who has to repair the rear bumper of a car every month because the owner of the car refuses to install rear view mirrors, while there's a waiting list for other customers.

To add you generally have the drip much worse in the states, since many people procrastinate about treatment (sexual repression, insecurities, uneducated), and then have to wait to see a doctor.
