Linux sys admin wanted for hiring!!

Hello,

I am currentelly looking to hire a linux system administrator able to manage my dedicated server.


Job description

1. One time machine setup :
- server configuration for being able to handle large amounts of traffic
- security softwares installation for preventing potential hacker attacks


2. Technical support for problems that may cause:
- server downtime
- server low performances (e.g slow loading sites)
- Urchin misfunction

3. Other
- performing routine operations on a regular basis (updates, patching etc.)

Notes:

* I do not need assistance in minor issues, like operating with files and folders, installing cgi or php scripts, setting permissions and ownerships etc..
I know how to solve these kind of problems without help.
* I run only plain html sites with very few exceptions.

Server characteristics: Compaq - 10mbps Unlimited - Linux-Ensim-P3-40GB - 1 GB RAM-1GHZ processor

Estimated work time: 0-4 hours/month

Comments: Basically I want fast loading plain html sites, less downtime as possible, statistics, and protection against hackers.

Well 10mbps will not transfer a large amount of traffic (you can only squeeze 3000gb/month through it).

But I was just wondering, there are a lot of hosting services who will include this kind of support in their dedicated server packages.
