Need some help please

Alright guys so I need some help from you all please.

I would like for you to critique my site. What is wrong with it? We are just not bringing in sales. At first we were. We were selling like hotcakes but now it is really really slow.

For example 2K uniques as of this min. and not one sale.

Ok what I didn't like is that the categories on the left really invited me to checkout what you guys have under the categories.. For example I like blowjobs so lets checkout what you got.. But instead im just taken to the join page and I never really get to see what u guys giving me if I signup... This really turns me off and makes me not want to join.. I think it will really help to extend your tour page and show some examples (maybe even video examples) under every category.. Or fillout each category with titles and screenshots what you have..

For the rest the design is good and clean. and loads good nothing wrong with it

But you know I am looking to my peers for help. I would hate to not be honest. Its like we are in this major slump or something. We have redone the tour page 3 times now and I think you are really onto something with your opinion. Thanks again!

Besides the previews, a bit ago when the site I webmaster for was going a bit low on signups was because there were cases of stolen passwords ;) you should check that out

Also, what would put me down a bit, is that there's no word on there being updates ever.

Finally, although I like the design, I feel that maybe some visitors might feel it's a bit dated or reminiscent of the style of pre-css design. But that might just be me.

Maybe I'm assuming things, but this is what I get from it best of luck!

Many people are not looking for "GENERAL" porn they are looking for something what they like.. Many surfers really surf looking for a niche. Some people like anal videos others like lesbian or whatever.. But because you have no niche specific previews and the categories just take you to the join page your site becomes very general and bland. And probally only appeals to visitors looking for general porn which is I think are not many..

And THAT's what I meant when saying it was reminiscent of old sites!

The updates: I know there's a shitload of content, but people always like something to look forward to ;)

It does say 3 updates daily on there. But maybe I should show it a little more and show what we are going to update with? I believe that is what you are saying......

Also show some previews of each niche?

Ah! Indeed just saw... not a good place to put it, since the other graphics are the same you don't read it you just see that the header is "the same" that, and general lack of attention I guess... maybe an additional graphic ?

An update log with dvd covers should work well, but only go this route if you have an automated script to do so, otherwise it'll be tough
