from time to time, i try to convince some webmasters using ccbill to open a webmaster referral program because i want to list some of their webpages in my directory.
Some webmasters asked me how to do and since i can't answer, i'm curious to know if there is a ressource, tutorial or a reference available on the web on how to set up a webmaster referral program through ccbill.
I'm looking for a page that explains that's easy and summerize how to do.
