My friend had a bad experience with gighost.com (affiliated with dynamichosting). They wouldn't reply to emails or ICQs, wouldn't answer support tickets, and wouldn't close his account. In the end, I believe he had to charge back.

There might have been some issues with GigHost during our facility move a month or so ago. They should all be resolved as of now. We are settled into the new spaces now, and the transition has been a success.
