Whats the best programs to use for storing and sending to opt-in emails? I run a merchandise website and want to send out emails to previous customers for new products im about to put up.

Super duper program, quick setup, lots of features. Free program, but if you like it, paypal the programmer some money. He does a wonderful job.

currently working on a mailer for opt-in email lists (NOT for spamming)
This will be a client based program not web based.
It won't need an SMTP server (directly connect to end users servers), it will be very easy to use, very fast (multithreading sending up to 50000 emails per hour), it will be able to use proxies and more.
