now i dont have any trouble with my domains, having had a namecheap account with plenty in there for years....however my buddy recently opened himself a new namecheap account, and regged one.
2 weeks later the registration status is still showing as

Registration request being processed.
according to nominet this means...
Registration request being processed
This status is used after first registration but before the initial registration fee has been received. Please note that Nominet issues monthly invoices, so it is possible that if this status is displayed your registrar has not yet been invoiced for the domain name.
My buddy paid namecheap, and the domain is showing as there and paid for in his admin.
I'm stumped - can anyone help me (him) out please?
