80% to webmasters?!

As some of you already know I just opened my new little site.I am trying to get it off the ground, but not many are signing up for the webmasters program,so I thought that if I up The percentage of both recurring and sign up to 80% may attract some people , what do you think?

i've heard the web900 thing is a worldcom issue. since they're bankrupt, and i believe that stuff goes through worldcom, apparently they aren't paying. i could be wrong, but that's what i've heard the problem is.

are you really having that hard of a time? Maybe you should consider getting some of the designer board whores here to make you up a handfull of templates.

I'd offer my services but with no paypal account, what's the fucking point. Besides, I'd rather design galleries for msyelf and make sales instead of only getting 25-23 dolalrs per template. A very wise local boy pointed that fact out to me.

Well hello... that fuckwad starts a big thread on how little money he's making with his bullshit idea to sell DVDs out of his mom's basement or something... in the time he took to make those posts he could have been building sites, galleries, SE pages, whatever - following any of the many tried and tested ways to make money in this biz instead of whining like a mommy's boy little bitch.

And as for that money3xx dickhead and that joke excuse for a website, don't get me started...

Our design team does a great job.

We have done some gallery work, but mostly just paysite designs, full page ads, and banners and more banners keep us busy most of the time

the more and more I work with design the more I want to make it my main "niche" in the biz. I've managed to recruit an adept flash designer, just gotta get his ass in gear (real procasinator) and get him to drop that crutch of a program he uses called "Swish". Does really kickass work. Just takes him too long because of this app. IM tempted to hook him up with flash mx....

sadly most of my best work ends up in the trash bin, I'm never satisfied.... and ones that dont make it to my tarsh bin and are submitted all over the place make me embarassed... but there is nothign wrong with them, I get mucho compliments, btu I'm just too damn picky and "overproductive"...

what advice would you give to curb this "nothign is good enough" nit-pik of mine?

well all I can personally say is keep plugging away, and mabey once you have done some good designs, examples, ask around and see what some ppl think.

I can't and don't design at all. I am not a good one to ask as far as the actual artistic work goes

problem is, my work IS kickass. Especially lately. I'm blwing myself away here. But I always think "what could I do to make myself flip out and do cartwheels?" ......... I'm a person that never satisfies. Ive changed my tgp layout so many times in the past 4 months I cannot count it. My forst designs suck fucking donkey balls. And it's been pointed out. Now I'm so frikin critical of my own work, even after I started churning out top selling galleries. Maybe I just have too much time on my hands. anywho, thanks for the tips. There is a general fear with showing people who do design work my own work. It's either fear of rejection or in most cases, fear of my ideas being ripped off. I guess I'm just paranoid. I'm currently building a portfolio site of all my work. maybe once I get that done I'll let everyone see some of my work.
