    Paypal processing membership site question

The way i see it paypal has a nice setup of what amounts to a 3rd party processor and is geared towards processing of subscriptions.

Question is, does it say anywhere in their TOS that you are not to use them for processing memberships for porn sites?

$1500 in VISA/MC fees. Probably also have to be in the US, but you will have to check with them about that part. Haven't heard it from anyone, but I would assume it b/c of Visa's rules.

We are using them on porn sites, and are still getting paid.

And we never had to pay any visa/mc fees.

What is the difference if i go ahead and start taking subscriptions with my 'Premier Account' account?

I still get all CC's and it is still on a Peer2Peer basis, as far as it goes.
