Well... back in the days I didn't know what a mp3 was(that was when the mp3 format just came out... songs were not too popular in wav format and midis sucked)... A week later we were ripping tape cassettes using a walkman and a 1/8 jack to 1/8 jack cable.
I'm sure he'll learn eventually
A girl once told me "Give me 8 inches and make it HURT".
The kids a fucking moron plain and simple. He's going to grow up to be one of those "web designers" that have books on Dreamweaver and abandoned versions of MS Frontpage so he can remember "the good ol' days"
The only accurate thing he said in the whole thing is "it is an operating system". The rest was completely wrong.
He wouldn't pass if he was in my class.
I would still give him a C+ in my class because he actually spoke on a subject and did it
independently. Other students would ramble more and the incorrect information they
spoke would actually be from the parents that helped them with the report.
See, I'd have to save the F grades for the kids that didn't even do the assignment and
make a report. You gotta grade on a curve these days.
D grades goes to those with reports less than 30 seconds. Class participation should count for something.
C grades goes to those with the exact same report as he gave but they mispronounced
all the words he said right.
B grades are for when 95 percent of all the information is there, and few can actually
do "significantly" better.
People are just demanding that the kid get into the B+ area before getting on youtube; which does have a bit of validity.
