A person is indeed capable to setup his own reference.
The degree program is a bit different, since it's not selling the actual degree, but harvesting leads for people interested in e-learning. For these leads we pay the promoter 25$ and if a lead closes we do add 20% commision.

So I'm sorry for the above 3 posts, but we're not capable to '' send you a degree ''.
