    Mac users: best ftp program?

What program do you mac users use for FTP? I used to swear by captain FTP, but the more recent versions seem to be sloooooow and a little unstable.

They are all kind of annoying I currently use Transmit..

It uses the standard side by side layout..

          Careful with transmit,
It has a bug in it that can rename directories ...
You can avoid it by using Column view rather than List view though...

It's my favorite despite the bug since I know how to avoid it.

It's basically caused by a sloppy double click, which can rename the folder under your cursor when the list view refreshes,

No links that I know of, but I've been talking to the Devs @ Panic about it and they're working on a fix.

I found Yummy FTP when I first got my MAC, and simply love it.
