ethics of using non-licensed scripts

I've noticed people using scripts that are specifically only licensed for non-adult or non-commercial websites, and wonder what you guys think of the ethics of that?

It is pretty tempting to use a script that does exactly what you want, even though it says strictly in the licensing that it is only free to use for non commercial and strictly non-adult websites.

I think I will stay ethical and find another way to do the job.

ethics and free licenses don't work well together. Especially if the non-adult restriction is even in effect for paid licenses.

Getting stuff for free is great, but programmers actually have bills to pay and kids to feed too... If the script is any good, just pay the $50 or whatever the script writer wants for the commercial license...
