I just entered my email to check how this works cause I'm getting severel submites but very few comfirms. As I see it they don't confirm buy there email they have to pick up the phone and dail a number to get a password then enter it on that site? Is this how this works? If so I can see why my sign ups are bad. Is this how most email programs work?

It sounds more as if your area is being redirected to the dialer feature (which webmaters make a percentage of also).

BTW, anyone that "tests" their account should get prior approval first so that the action is not taken as a fraud attempt by generating income improperly -
