That's Mia from our camwithher.com site. That is not her on that profile, someone stole her pics/vids from our site and is streaming them to make money on imlive. How the hell do they get 2257 paperwork, and ID on people that don't exist? This pisses me off because it happens a lot...and not just on imlive. Livejasmine does the same stuff. I just don't get how it's possible if they're keeping records of their models.

i dont think imlive even appoves accounts, if i remember right they are already active the minute you sign up as a model

maybe they suspend them later on if they don't receive documentation, but i dont think there is a "waiting to be approved" period

Following the post and the three complaints, we initiated an investigation.

The 3 host accounts in question were checked immediately and we found that all of them uploaded to their gallery a few images of someone else, images that might have been taken from other websites.

The hosts violated Imlive Terms of Use by uploading, at some later point after being approved, images which do not belong to them. It seems that the hosts in question are connected to one small fraudulent group.

All hosts accounts were suspended as a result.

The 2257 records however, are thoroughly checked upon registration against the webcam performer itself. All 3 hosts records were re-checked now and were found to be perfectly complaint.

Therefore, as we suspected, this violation had nothing to do with 2257 documentations and records keeping.

Mickey, I contacted you SEVERAL times about shit. You removed about 20 of the over 100+ accounts we found. You stopped responding to emails and icq's etc. Not only that, but when I hit you up about the substantial copyright violations by your affiliates using our content to promote your sites, you completely ignored that and took NO ACTION at all in regards to those affiliates....and to thise day keep making money on them despite the numerous emails and icq's etc.

I went through this entire cycle with you on more than one occassion. You answer the first couple of times but then when shown what an enormous problem it is (your program is the WORST with this stuff), you bail out of doing anything about it. It wasn't one or two profiles with violations, it was substantial. And your affiliates using the CamWithHer content are in the high numbers as well (just check the youtube, megarotic, myspace, blogs, affiliate domains, etc sites i linked you to). So between the many fake profiles and the affiliates using CWH content, I'm sure AWE is making a nice chunk of money off these violations.

Even though I'm no longer with CWH, I do have every bit of communication and copies of all the lists /info provided to you available to Steven should he need it. But you'd probably do the same thing ... help the first few times w/ fake profiles (you have NEVER helped on the affiliates issue) then bail when seeing just how big the real problem is.

Most cam sites have been extremely helpful in these situations, but AWE has always been the worst. Hope you enjoy the money you have made and are still making off someone else's content via these profiles and affiliates. I am sure it's well into the thousands of dollars. I've also seen issues with SpunkyCash models/content, Phil-Flash models/content, and more on your program and I would encourage other webmasters to check your sites for these violations as well.

Imlive check the hosts documents when account is created and after few days the host is visited online by the chathost representative support for another check. They ask the model that appears on that account to provide info about her, closeup face and also ask info about girl birthday, adress etc.... all this online and live. They do everything posible for the rules to be enforced and respected by the models.

I have a friend who is a host on imlive and her account got suspended twice, becouse she didint looked like the person in her profile. She changed the look but not the pics .
I think it's just a case of hosts stealing pics from another model.
Since the imlive pics aproval process is automated, this situations may appear.

As for awempire sites, they added a new feature few months back wich prevent performers to add pics of other models. But this only prevent the future attmepts.

I'm not speaking for webcam sites, but models typically show photo ID to register and often have to go through a few more hoops.

Using photos of another model (whether a cam girl, porn star, lingerie model, etc.) happens all the time and is really hard to monitor: Should the web sites approve all images before they are added to a performer's gallery? Sounds good, but we're talking hundreds - thousands of performers and some add LOTS of photos, and daily.

And even if you check each photo, it's not always guaranteed to work - How is someone going to judge if the photo submitted is the same person based on a photo ID or a few existing photos in their gallery?

But overall, I see this happening a lot less on the majority of cam sites and in my experience Imlive seems to be a lot better than some.

The reality is, you really have to go after the affiliates yourselves. I have not inside knowledge on your issues with AWE so I can't comment, but speaking *generally* how many programs are going to email affiliates (or god forbid, suspend or terminate their account) for using another program's promo?

It's not realistic. You should know affiliates (yes I am one) are a very flaky sort, they will shit all over a company on the boards, icq, etc. for even the slightest dispute or snub. And we all know that many programs will take a complaint about an affiliate (spamming, whatever) and first look to see if he/she is making money. He is? "We'll look into it". He isn't? "We've looked into it and warned the affiliate". You know the game.

As for photos on the site, fair enough, but for affiliate sites contact the hosting company if they don't respond and/or file a DMCA (some hosts will require this). For "stolen" content, I have no experience but it is a copyright issue so I'd expect this would work.
