Payments using NATS (help!!)

This is probably going to appear very dumb, but since I took over the whole running of my site / affiliate program, I am finding it rather hard to handle payouts to affiliates - Is there any way I can configure NATS so that the payment processor handles all payouts using the NATS interface?

I feel like such a dumb blonde!!

Get Quickbooks, view source, save as .iff, import to quickbooks, print checks.
