no not really, you also have to take into account the crap we feed our bodies, stress. there are numerous reasons to take it. But yes eat the apple n banana. This is a scam. It's complete horseshit. Most people think that some vitamins are a good thing so more must be better. The truth is that unneeded vitamins are usually expelled by the kidneys as waste. Some aren't but those can actually be harmful in larger doses.

If you don't already know about wheat grass, you should read up on it. It's all of your vitos, minerals, all in one shot - so much so you can live on it, it can/has 'cured' people from the death bed. Some rather amazing stuff. It's also cheap and easy to grow.

I am just worried about the people who buy into the business aspect because it is an MLM. MLM has a 99% failure rate with less than 1% making any real money. MLM also lures in smart people who buy into it then find themselves in debt.
