Not just that. Also distributing it over the internet. Plus trailers now count and websites taken as whole do not. Plus toss in that he did not distribute, technically a affiliate did a.k.a jaded video

they killed a site and may or may not be redirecting links.
have moved all the hosted galleries so they now 404 without credit.
have stopped updating their sites.
have decided to stop paying.
have found some sets that they found out they do not have 2257 or rights to.
have had their affiliate lists hacked.

List goes on.

My thought is just in Tampa. But it means they can venue shop now and nail anyone for obscenity just by picking a court in Salt Lake City.

It's a bit different isn't it really? If they stop updating their sites or do any of those dodgey things they are doing it on purprose to exploit affiliates and so clearly wouldn't tell them. This is beyond their control...

Yeah the whole affiliate program is fucked up anyways. My login doesn't work out of the blue, and there's no forgotten password functionality
