Video Editing HELP

Does anyone know how i can take automated screenshots from ripped dvds?

i use topaz but the quality is not great, i need something that will take really good snap shots that require less air brushing

if anything exists plz post it

With Topaz, are you using the ripped dvd video as source or the dvd drive itself as source?

Another trick is to use the batch mode and let it snap a pic every 3 seconds, you'll end up with like 5000 caps, then just go thru with an image viewer real fast and pick out the good ones or delete the bad ones.

The lower quality video and poorer lighting videos will do much worse, video taken outside in the sun, caps will be much better.
