Another reason conversion ratio's could be decreasing

Everyone always blames it on the tube sites and the state of the US economy. I think what could contribute to it is that porn is so accessible to teenagers in this decade. I mean they have grown up with the internet, they know what porn is and they are clearly going to look for it. I don't think many people who are willing to pay for porn would be put off buy tube sites. Personally I'd never pay for porn but I can see why some people would for quality content, attachment to a sologirl / fetish etc and tube sites just don't deliver that. Any thoughts?

Didn't really make it clear what I was trying to say:

In the earlier part of this decade there were alot less young people on the internet where a computer was easily accesible to them. But now it is very common for a teen to have his/her own computer in there room. I think that at this point in time there is a higher percentage of the people who are surfing porn ho are younger and less likely to purchase.

the demographics are in our favor... there will be more older people in the years to come, so still plenty of potential customers...

Exactly, and think how many have PC's compared to in the "golden days"...

I'm half expecting for loads of people to be like "OMG DON'T ASSOCIATE YOUNG PPLZ WITH THE POrNZ", but I'm just being logical and realistic.

Most old people can't even get erections, this demographic should be prompting you to anticipate the viagra market

Yeh I guess the people who are about 40 now will be very profitable at that age. They have more knowledge of the internet and when they are retired and financially strong they should be more then happy to pay for porn...

Instead of asking yourselves why people won't buy... try this: What would make someone who gets all this free porn, want to purchase your tour, gallery, site, etc..?

I think whether or not they are tech savey makes no difference.

With the right content the right quality and the right niche along with the right security in place to limit piracy exposure people will subscribe. Just because some noob script whiz is an elite hacker does not speak for the majority of the internet populace but are in fact a small percentage and I suspect it will remain small.

In otherwards Piracy is huge but at the end of it all its just a handful of guys thats fucking it it up for legit players. I mean we all seen the cotnent thieves come and go and reappear with a new name around here some hide but there is no over welming amount of guys doing it. there is just an overwelming number of programs that support them!
