Runners High!!

I have been thru every high in life that comes from 20 years of hard living. I have been jogging for a month and a half and I am at the point now, when I am done running I get this euphoric feeling that is better any ecxtasy pill could offer!! Anyone else experience this? yeah running is great... i run nearly every day once it gets warm here in shitty ohio... was on the cross country team in HS and shit... nice to go to a park, yank off the shirt (make the others jealous cough) and run for a few miles... the feeling afterwards is kickass, both physically and mentally. knowin ya aint sittin around 24/7 and only 22/7 makes life more enjoyable. :P

then when your friends talk about what they did that night (usually smoking and drinking etc... ) i can tell them, listen bitch, I RAN. and thats that.
