We use them, but I do suspect they have mail issues, most of my emails to them go unanswered. Try Kourosh on ICQ.

Localbilling is pretty classy. We've had some growing pains with them, but they've developed into a nicely dedicated bunch. I'm happy with how they've handled our foreign sales.
