your not the only one, they claimed to have sent it and then charged me additional money to resend it, they resolved it after a lot of back and forth but it still cost me a processing fee twice...

4+ yrs and a wire every week and ccbill hasnt miss one

Yes, it happened to me. Although ccbill seems to be ok, and didn't want to charge three times because my bank already took money for returning back to them. It seems that problem was with my bank,that didn't notify me about my account changes so that is reason why money was lost.
