I am sending a bottle of wine wrapped in bubble wrap to my dad for Father's Day...do you think I need to say "yes" when they ask if I have anything liquid, perishable or potentially hazardous? Does this mean that they will just put a "fragile" sticker on my box, or will they charge me more, or what?

Place a yes. It may cost a tad bit more.
Most has to do with the ways it can be stored or shipped and so forth. Plus if you want to add insurance to package it would really help. -

You need to ask about sending wine. Some states you can not send wine across the state lines.PornGuy skype me pornguy_epic
