Content shoot checklist?

I have some potential girls for a content shoot and some friends who are good with photography. We're all college students so you bet the guys will work for free Anyway I was wondering if there's a website or anything that explains everything you have to do in order to have a legal content shoot. Like what forms do I need, etc. If anyone has any links it'd be much appreciated. Thanks!

Aaron, I remember way back when I said the same and you shot me down. I said that bad content will just turn away the surfer and bring down the webmasters

Look everyone it is this simple.

A guy is surfing around the net with his dick in his hand. He sees page after page of the "Amateur photographer" niche. So the guy that wants to see the efforts of some lame ass kid, shooting some lame ass girl, is well catered for and never has to leave the "FREE" areas.

The guys with the money to spend are looking for something different, they want to see content that's not on 8 out of 10 sites. Be it the same set or the same style of set.

Webmasters you may buy on price, but that is a flooded market and the surfer that is going to make you rich is now educated enough to know that.

The bottom of the pool is saturated with free crap, he only has to pay for the genuine articel.

In short Aaron these guys are not a threat. They will teach the webmaster, dig deep and buy well or go down the tubes.

I was going to give a lengthy explanation but instead I will just say this....I am not afraid of the competition...I am afraid of the idiots who get into this business and do not have the brains to run their shit through a decent attorney.

If you are looking for legal documentation on a webmaster board instead of contacting an attorney then you are a fucking moron. This is cut and dry...No possible arguement on this one.

Exactly, yet they will produce content anyway. If you do not have the brains to check with an attorney, How do you expect to have the brains to market the content beyond spamming a message board?
