Ibill Pincode Problems

Anyone using the Ibill pincode system seeing invalid pincodes being issued to users? One of my sub accounts has had all sales issued with invalid pin codes for a couple of days. We actually checked the pin list by hand and they were never issued to us.

Tricky problem to find, anyone else seeing this?

That used to happen to us about once every two months. Just have them purge the pin file and reissue a new one.

Drop IBILL and fucking run like hell. The shit never ends.

We used to use pincodes to authenticate our product sales, we had 500 subaccounts.. About 1 in 3 we'd get proper pins issued.. They aren't exactly up to speed on doing things properly over there.
