Imagenomic Portraiture is great if you want glam/soft skin
Save for Web (the alt/shift/ctrl+S) is to strip off all the metadata and make your picture the optimal size for web distribution.
As far as processing images, I make my own actions. I have ones that make it look more like film that I really like.
It all just depends on how you want the picture to look.

i have Kodak Airbrush for that - is Portraiture better?
