    How can I get a flash player to show to show the first frame on a page load?

      ffmpeg makes a frame cap of whatever frame you specify

          If you use the basic player that comes with Flash Pro it'll show the first frame.

              Im using Sorenson Sqeeze to convert the movies into flash. Is Flash Pro a pluggin? i'm only using free flash players. Who can recommend me the best free flash player? =]
