What are the best tracking scripts out there?

Looking for a good script package for click tracking / keyword logging & other various general statistical reports from visitor traffic. I'm not looking for log analyzers though. Just 1px image tracking or javascript only.

For pixel tracking I use Google Analytics in my mainstream PPC campaigns. Don´t know any adult sponsors that allow you to place pixels on conversion pages.
You could also take a look at tracking202 or their hosted solution, prosper202, but I think those are mainly PPC solutions.
