more importantly is customer service, being able to talk to people, understanding what they are trying to explain when they don't even know, a little skillz, going the extra mile, and a few conversions.

If I had to rely only on my personality from GFY.... I'd be fucked.

That and the fact I know exactly what I want in a design, and I can get it for half the price and the same or better quality from atleast 3 studios I can count off the top of my head.

looks decent.... it's got some unfinished edges and some unsharpened images, loads a little slow (not drastic... just a little)... the contact & site map color schemes don't match the rest... the red on blue (for the text) is a little harsh...

but overall.... decent job there. Those notes I made are small things.

that's totally fair.... not everyone digs my style. Not everyone digs WebIncs style, or MikeW's style, or Sharky's style, etc... personal preference is definately a factor. Another factor is alot of larger companies prefer some variety in styling. Hence, a multitude of designers. Am I offended that I am but one of 30 designers for Company 'A'? Of course not.... that's ridiculous.
