Programmers, looking for simple code for Wordpress Sidebar.

See the thumbs on the right? They link back to the original post? In a perfect scenario, that's what I want to happen. I don't need rotation, I would do it manually.

hm, i wouldn't imagine that would be too hard for someone to whip up real quick, basically just add a new field into the posting page that asks for a thumb and a description and it automatically updates the sidebar for you...

I grabbed some code and placed it in the sidebar, but for whatever reason, it doesn't display...

i think theirs a random post plugin for the sidebar

Just use custom fields to add an image url + description, then grab the recent posts and use the custom fields to display the images.
