I've mainly been a ford guy but DAMN I've been looking for a clean chevelle for a couple years now. Personally I've been planning on going with a 350 simply because parts are everywhere and cheap! I had an LT1 sitting around waiting for a chevelle but I quit looking and sold the engine. I was planning on going fuel injection and daily driving it.

Sb is a much cheaper way to go but a Chevelle is a heavy car for a 350.
we will be traveling to the Carlisle PA show this weekend to get new bumpers and some missing chrome etc.
They have over 5000 classics for sale and 1400 vendor booths.
The trouble is ten years ago you could get any classic for 10 now a wrecked chevelle they found in a field goes for 10 k and a finished SS or any classic muscle car goes for 40 plus .
I saw one Chevelle go for 110.
I remember when this was a hobby and not an investment
