Don't feel bad as that seems to be the general consensus lately regarding webair and their poor support.

10-15 mins downtime in a month?...LOL there shouldnt be that much downtime in a year in a good host, that is really pathetic.

That is why a month ago when I was looking for new hosting I didn't even consider them and I'm damm glad I didn't as there problems seem to be still as bad if not worse.

Every problem I have had with webair has been with sql6. Nothing else. They are kindly taking me off of sql6.
