That's a typo. Of course I mean rapidshare.com, but you know... I'm soooo tired of sending c&d's to [email protected] because they have almost everything from our member areas.

Send them a last one telling them you plan to go after their processors. That does the trick.

If they don't, then you call paypal, and the others they use, to get their accounts frozen.

Well I can't speak to how others police their material. I can only speak to my own ways that have worked to get it removed. I contact them, megaupload, .... whomever. Give them 48 business hours to remove it.

Then I start contacting their registrars, and processors. By "magic" ( I guess) I get responses to my e-mails from RapidShare, or whomever, and my stuff gets removed. They then block those files names, or claim to.

You can also contact the Goog, and hit them with DMCA, and they offending site gets removed from the index. (They can get relisted if they agree to Google's terms per re inclusion).
