          Any upload script coupled with FFMPEG to do conversions.

          Be aware people can upload bogus vids that when converted overflow FFMPEG and allow
          your server to be hacked. This exploit has been patched now I believe, however there will
          be new ones. There is an opening for hacks soon as you allow users to upload.

              If it's for inhouse stuff I use php uploader...

              For promos and actual sites, tevs or tube cgi are what I've been playing with.
