Wordpress Guru's... Need Your Help!

I want to change the links to all my pages at the bottom of my blog from 'next page" to numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,..... 10 Is there a plugin to do this or do I need to change something in my template?

I have always used WP-PageNavi, until they decided to change the formatting.

Cool, I will check this one out. I dropped pagenavi because of the format change and my crazy permalink structure.
