Anyone know if epassporte has a api so you can build plug ins for billing with custom scripts?

I am not a Tech person but I'll try to explain what we have.
If you have a business account you can get the code from us that you need to add to your site so customers can pay you from their ePassporte account, it can all happen automatically.

Problem is.. I wont be charging for any service or products, so I have no need for a business account. I need the option to allow a users to pay other users via epass on a bid type system. It's a matter of convenience for the users who will be paying for products via epass.

The only way a personal account can make a transfer is by logging in and manually make the p2p.
