Online Spreadsheet?

I am trying to set up a spreadsheet online that can be edited by different people and saved to my own server. All the ones I see when I search online are ones set up on their own server and charged a monthly fee.

Does anyone know of any programs I can install on my server to do this? It can be a very simple basic spreadsheet. I just need to be able to save it and have other people have easy access to it.

I need to be able to have it on MY server not Google's and I need other people to be able to edit it not just view what I have done.

I think others can edit it in google also but don't think u can host it on your own server, not yet anyway.

Theres a reason for that. Databases rule the internet. I can't think of one thing that spreadsheets can do that databases can't.
So the obvious question why does it need to be a spreadsheet?
