At what point of exposure do you need one? Do wet t-shirts count?

I've been wondering the same about public nudity. Alot of people argue that public anything falls under "documentary" type stuff and doesn't need one. How true is this? I'm a mere 4 hours from New Orleans.

If you can get them then why not CYA?
There have been law suits for this and so far...As far as I know...The photographers continue to win them.
I have a buddy who manages a bar and I am going to start shooting his contests. He has agreed to put all of the contestants under my model release.Comment
