I made a thread to hire writers and I asked them to tell me what they wanted paid instead of stating wages I want to pay...

I did it for several reasons...

One being that I pay people what they want if they are worth it...

Another reason being is I feel peoples income should stay private...

Almost all job interviews i've been on they asked me "How much are you looking for?"

it's only smart.. You dont want to offer the person too little and you dont want to offer them too much...

What kind of writing is this for? I have a mainstream writer that would be interested in hearing more about your needs. If you have mainstream needs, I will have her put together some details for you. Though I am a little confused as to what you are looking for... most projects are paid per project and it depends what kind of project it is in order to give a price.
