There is one thing that bothers me more then anything in this business, and that is Sponsor programs who list payout dates then DO NOT pay on that day.
When you say the "20th" is your payment date, i shouldnt be checking to see if it made it to me, 5 days later.
On Holidays where MONEY will be needed for family stuff or travel, like EASTER, or CHRISTMAS, and your payout falls on the holiday Sunday.
You payout before the holiday, not 3-4 days later and tell the affiliates it was a "long weekend". Think how long Christmas weekend would be if you needed that payout and didnt get it. Not all webmasters live check to check, BUT ALOT of them do, at one point i also did.
Again, when your payout date falls on a holiday weekend, pay your affiliates before leaving the office for 3 days. Thats my/our earnings, and we expect them on the day YOU SAID was payday.
I had 2 companies due to payout on the 22-23, neither did, when asked i was told because it was a holiday. Thats total horseshit, and it will cost them my traffic.
What if i needed that payout to make Easter happen for my kids? Neither of these programs were in for a lot of money, thankfully , since they can't follow there own time frames and schedules. If payday is tuesday, fucking pay on tuesday.
Payday, the day before Easter, and you guys skimp out on it, that's pure class. Atleast make a note in the admin that you have no intentions of being on time.
