DWHS down for 34 solid hours?

Just checked pingdom before bedtime and yowsa...34 hours and counting of downtime.

The main site appears up, and support is 'working on it' but - wow. That is the single biggest outage I've personally experienced.

'...Virtual hosting, you get what you pay for, these things are unavoidable, etc'...but man, 34+ hours be a doosie.

In all fairness, sometimes things can be out of your control when you have a cage somewhere. I have lived through some major fuckups.

They happen, and it doesn't matter if it is virtual or dedicated. It sucks, but it happens.

I hear ya, and I don't mean to bash. They actually had a very decent uptime/response time to this point.

I guess one just wonders what the hell is going on over there...

I will give an offer of setting anyone up with a temporary IP if they want to put up a temporary out of service page or something.

No charge during the outage.
