Looking for a script

Maybe it's something I've already used or heard or seen, but I just can't think of it right now.

Basically someone can register, and then either add a new entry, which is sorted using a unique ID, with a description, and perhaps a picture.

if someone else wants to add more info on that ID they can do that as well...

and the ID must be search able obviously

anyone heard of something like that?

Seeing my first post didn't make sense, i'll edit it and write it in a simpler way

I know this script exists somewhere, I've used it already.

Basically, it's like I have 100 items, they are called AAA000, AAA001, 000AAA, 000AAB and so on, so if someone wants to put a comment on one of those items, they can register, and enter that unique ID, and they can post some info on that item, where they saw it or whatever, and upload an optional pic.

so other people, if they see that item somewhere, and want to read up if any comments have been put on that item, or add any comments themseleves, they can, did I make it understandable like that?

Custom made is too bells and whistles for what I need it for, I talked to someone about it, and it's basically an opinions type script, i've already used this script a while back, but no clue where i can find it, i lost the name of it
