gallery administration script

Are there similar scripts like

It looks good but i dont´ want it to be cookie-based script although i don´t want galleryrotating be random either.

I just want a script with i can easily mass-add gallery/sponsor/whatever urls from textfiles to different gategories and script would automaticily update daily (with cron or something like that) static html to my template. And when galleryurls are used the script would start rotating them from start.

Are there some simple script what just can do that or should i look for some tgp script although i don´t need so many features.

Any reccomendations?
