What is a good email collection script (optin), I'd like to put a box on my site so visitors can leave their email to get more info ?

no, stupid fuck... it's called closed looped opt in... i know you were trying to be cute, but this guy is talking serious business (something 99% of the fuckwad posters/surfers here dont have a clue about)...

if you want to be legit, you need to used closed loop opt in which means the user who signs up to your newsletter, site, etc.. needs to confirm that they actually signed up to your site...

example: i go to your site and enter my email address. you, send an email to the email address i entered with a link that i must click to confirm that a) i am the person that entered my email address on your site and b) i wish to receive future emails from you...

any other method is considered spam by the spam nazis and most internet users...
