    CCBILL & User submitted content

Just curious, what is CCBILL's policy as to processing for sites with user submitted content? This type of content is notorious for being stolen and owned by other entities than those submitting it as well as there's no age verification for the performers.

The card associations require material to be 2257 compliant, so if the site owner cannot confirm this due to user submission, how can CCBILL process for these sites?

Yeah maybe content owners have better things to do with their time and money than to hire an army of content police to scourt members areas and hosted galleries. Anywho for ever image & movie they take down, 10 more go up. All fun and games till somebody gets raided for CP on those sites.
