I don't really mind the spam, it is the bullshit 'you opted in for this' and when spammers don't honor remove requests is what pisses me off. Same as BrunoB spam, and now Siccash has a dickhead spamming their program.....

Rich: If everyone had your attitude, the entire internet would slow to a crawl in a month...spam would clog everything up. The big deal is that people who claim to be anti-spam could at least take the time to check out emails to the abuse address they post on their site, and not be so idiotic as to spam an adult webmaster with adult programs.

Until you start getting 100 or more of them a day, with your regular mail that isn't spam mixed in between them. And even having anti-spam software doesn't always cut down on it enough. Then never try to remove your self, because the second you do, they know your email is being seen by a red-blooded human being, and may remove you from THAT list, but only to put you in ANOTHER list. Fuck that.
So it could be fuckin frustrating after a while... especially if you have say 50 different domains, with 50 different emails to check..

actually porn spam is usually easy to get rid of cause they are worried about it. it's the fuckin mainstream companies that don't give up even if you threaten to cut their kids heads off. from stuff I can't even buy like mortages, life insurance and shit for US resisents only. fuck......... telling them to stop means you get 10 more spams a day.Originally posted by Rich

If you want my personal attention I suggest that you e-mail me personally.
With the 1000's WM's we have I am unable to control all of them. We have a policy that accepts e-mail from responsible mailers that mail Double opt-in and opt-in lists. Unfortunately this policy allows people to slid in under the radar so to speak. We shut down accounts that spam on a regular basis and it seems to have become a problem of almost epidemic proportions.
I guess this goes hand in hand with having a program that converts as well as ours does.
