Pay per view solutions?

Are there reliable pay per view solutions out there. My big client wants to be able to "rent" out few scenes from his upcoming movie himself.
I know DRM is dead, etc... But its not some reality porn clips, those are big production clips, and clients will be willing to pay.
There is CCBill currently set up on website for members area.
Does CCBill offer anything to set up pay per view?
